OLIV commercial building

THEO TEXTURE

Architecture, Building and Structure Design OLIV commercial building by THEO TEXTURE OLIV is a commercial, retail and F&B building within the busiest shopping district of Causeway Bay in Hong Kong. The building sits on a small urban site of just over 280m2 with a building height of over 100m high and a floor-to-floor height of 4980mm. The design concept is inspired by the olive tree after which the building was named. Its unique form is wrapped with a triple-skin curtain wall with an outer layer of white cladding that contains "olive tree knots" or radiating stars. The signature star logo sits at the top of the roof and can be visible at night and from afar.
